Companies in Palencia, Venta de Baños and Aguilar de Campoo: the corporate account for visitors arriving at Palencia station or Campo Grande, estate and plant staff and business trips, with one invoice a month
The corporate account is a way of paying and invoicing, with no fee and no minimum: authorised people book by phone, email, WhatsApp or API, every trip has its price fixed in advance, the traveller neither pays nor keeps receipts and at month end one invoice arrives with VAT itemised and one line per job with date, route, passenger and cost centre. In Palencia it solves the usual problem and one more: the visitor arrives by high-speed train at Palencia station or, with more services, at Valladolid Campo Grande, and from there has to turn up at an estate in Venta de Baños, at the Villamuriel plant or at a factory in Aguilar. Venta de Baños to Palencia station is 18 km; Palencia to Campo Grande, 50 km and about 44 min.

How does a visitor reach a company in Palencia?
Almost always by train. Palencia station, near the centre, is on the high-speed line from Madrid to León and Asturias, and Valladolid Campo Grande, half an hour away along the A-62, has more services, so a supplier, an auditor or a client arrives at one or the other depending on the timetable they find. From either there is no public way to turn up on time for a meeting at the Venta de Baños estate, at the Villamuriel de Cerrato car plant, at a warehouse in Dueñas or at a biscuit factory in Aguilar de Campoo. The job is booked with the train number and the company as destination, the app follows delays and the driver waits at the station door with the visitor's name. Anyone arriving by air does so via Villanubla, whose range of flights is limited and changes with the season, or via Barajas; the job is booked the same way, with the flight number.
The figures are the route engine's, the same for a company as for an individual: Villamuriel de Cerrato to Palencia station, 8 km from 18,40 €; Aguilar de Campoo to Palencia station, 95 km along the A-67, with a train time; Palencia to Barajas, 235 km from 292,40 €. There is no surge or time-of-day surcharge: the price agreed when booking is the one on the invoice, and the corporate rate, if one is agreed for volume, is put in writing and is the one that applies. Tolls and the courtesy wait follow the published conditions, which are the ones the contract signs.
What staff and business trips do the province's companies ask for?
Staff, above all where the bus does not arrive in time for the shift. The Venta de Baños estate, with agri-food industry and logistics beside the railway junction, and the Villamuriel de Cerrato car plant change shifts at hours when nothing runs; the biscuit industry of Aguilar de Campoo receives technicians and relief staff from the capital and from the Montaña villages; Dueñas, beside the A-62, has warehouses a worker without a car cannot reach. It is booked as one service with several stops: the company gives the clock-in time and the addresses, the platform works out the run with staggered pickups and one price for the whole thing, and if it repeats every day it is left as a fixed service for as many weeks as needed, with the same driver, who already knows which gate the warehouse uses, and is cancelled at no cost at the end.
And business trips. The manager to Palencia station or Campo Grande with a margin for the train, or to Barajas to fly, with the return booked to the flight and arrival tracking; the trade fair at IFEMA, which from Palencia is 236 km with several cars coordinated for the same entry time; dealings with the regional government in Valladolid, 49 km along the A-62; and meetings in Burgos or León, which are also a motorway or a high-speed train away. During San Antolín, in early September, and Holy Week the capital's centre is closed for several days and the hotels fill up: transfers from the station are booked in advance, the pickup point is whatever the town hall's traffic plan allows and the price does not rise because it is a festival.
How is the account opened, and who may book?
From the companies page, with the tax details and the authorised people; the account is opened on the spot and marked as corporate in the billing section, with no lock-in and no fee. The usual setup in a Venta de Baños or Aguilar company is to authorise two or three people, reception, management and whoever organises visits, and have the rest go through them, although the account can be opened to the whole team with a cap per job. Each booking is confirmed in writing with the route, time, passenger and price, and is tied to the cost centre named by whoever books. Shift runs and repeating visits are left fixed with the same driver; if the company would rather have its own system book, there is a keyed API to quote, book and check status, and a widget that drops into the intranet in two lines.
Who drives is also in writing. The account, the price, the confirmation and the invoice are always the platform's, with the same contact person; the trip is performed by the VTC available soonest, its own or that of a partner fleet in the province checked before being given a single job, and in that case it goes under its own authorisation and the company knows who is driving before the pickup, not after. Every job carries a trip sheet issued before it starts and its filing with the register, in case the compliance department asks; what the platform does not do is subcontract in silence or change the agreed price because the car belongs to someone else.
What does the monthly invoice include, and how do cost centres work?
One grouped invoice a month, with VAT itemised at the passenger-transport rate and one line per job with date, route, passenger, cost centre and amount, reconciling with the written confirmations of each booking. If the company works by centres, the invoice is broken down by centre: the plant on one side, the sales office on another, the Aguilar site separately. Nobody pays up front or files an expense claim, and the company's payment goes by bank transfer to the platform, not to the driver. There is no fee, minimum or lock-in; with high volume a rate can be discussed, and the companies page shows an indicative rate by sector and usual route to get an idea before asking for one.
What happens when something changes is also published. If the visitor's train is late, the job carries the number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait runs from the actual arrival. If a meeting runs long, the driver is told by message and the extended wait is billed at the rate, with a warning before it starts counting, never after; cancellation follows the policy published in the conditions, which are the same ones the contract signs. In winter, a shift run from Guardo or a visit to Aguilar with snow on the A-67 is confirmed the day before and the time is brought forward if needed, at the same price.
What other companies in the province use the account?
Hotels and rural houses on the Camino de Santiago and in the Montaña, to take guests to Palencia station with the charge on the room; clinics and insurers, for unaccompanied transfers to appointments at the Río Carrión hospital or to referrals in Valladolid, with the invoice to the insurer; schools and camps, for outings with several cars to La Olmeda, the Romanesque churches or the Canal de Castilla; wedding organisers at the estates of El Cerrato and Tierra de Campos; and agencies moving Camino groups between Frómista and Carrión. Each sector has its own page with what changes in its case, industrial estates, hotels, clinics, weddings and schools; the account is the same for all.
For the Montaña the account has a use of its own: companies in Aguilar de Campoo and Guardo receive visitors who fly to Santander, not Madrid, and the transfer along the A-67 is booked with the flight number just like a Barajas run; Aguilar to Santander is 104 km. And for El Cerrato the use is Valladolid: Campo Grande for the train with more services, Villanubla for the few flights that suit, and the hospitals and the regional government departments for business that cannot be settled in Palencia. A job that starts in Venta de Baños and ends in Valladolid is an ordinary intercity trip, with the same fixed price and the same line on the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Does the corporate account have a fee or a lock-in?
No. It is a way of paying and invoicing: no fee, no minimum and no lock-in contract. With high volume a rate can be discussed, which is agreed in writing.
Is it better for the visitor to arrive at Palencia station or at Campo Grande?
Whichever has a train at their time: Campo Grande has more services and is half an hour away along the A-62. Palencia to Campo Grande is 50 km; the job is booked with the train number at either one.
What if the visitor's train is late?
The job carries the train number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait starts counting at the actual arrival, without changing the price.
Can a shift run to the Venta de Baños estate be fixed?
Yes: it is left as a fixed service at the same time every day, with staggered pickups and the same driver, for as many weeks as needed, and cancelled at no cost at the end. The fixed-service page explains it.
Who drives: the platform or a fleet from the province?
The VTC available soonest, the platform's own or that of a partner fleet checked beforehand; the company knows who is driving before the pickup and the price, the confirmation and the invoice do not change.

How we write, where the figures come from and how we correct an error: editorial policy.
The account's conditions (authorised people, caps, cost centres) are set when it is opened and can be adjusted later. Kilometre, minute and price figures are those of the route engine when the page is opened; the VAT rate is the one published by the tax agency on the date consulted, and Villanubla's range of flights changes by season.
